1959

Was born in a picturesque village Mikhalkove, Chernivtsi region, located on the slopes of the Dniester canyon.

1977

Graduated from high school with high level of succes. Was an active participant of regional Olympiads and various sports competitions.

1979

Passed an involuntary military service in the air defense brigade, master of missile forces, was a commander of the division, military rank - sergeant.

1986

Graduated Taras Shevchenko State University of Kyiv. Holds a degree in «Jurisprudence» and achieved the qualification of a lawyer. Passed an internship in various branches of law in the prosecutor's office, bodies of internal affairs and bodies of state administration.

1987

Received his first professional experience in the legal group of the Regional agro-industrial association in the Sokyryany district, advocating the interests of horticultural state owned farms in the region.

1991

For four years, holding the position of investigator of the district prosecutor's offices in the Chernivtsi region, he was investigating economic crimes and crimes against the person, for which was repeatedly noted by the Regional Prosecutor.

1997

Flawlessly performing his duties, confidently acquires an increase in position, holding the following posts:

● Senior Investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of the city of Chernivtsi,
● Investigator for particularly serious cases of the Prosecutor's Office of the city of Chernivtsi,
Investigator for particularly serious cases of the Chernivtsi region Prosecutor's Office,
Investigator for particularly serious cases of the Department for Investigation of Criminal Cases in the Economy of the Office for Investigation of Especially Serious Cases of the Main Investigation Department of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine.

Heads investigative-operative groups to investigate serious crimes in the economy and against the individual. Based on the results of the work, was encouraged by the Prosecutor of the Chernivtsi region and the General Prosecutor of Ukraine, two class ranks were assigned out of turn.

1999

During two years was holding the post of Prosecutor of Chernivtsi. Thanks to cooperation with Internal Affairs authorities, Security Service of Ukraine, Tax Police and the city authorities, record successes in improving the order and crime situation in the city have been achieved. Such a results became possible due to the effective organization of the staff of the City Prosecutor's Office for the implementation of general supervision, including nature protection and protection of children's rights, supervision of the activities of Internal Affairs authorities and Tax Police of the city, maintaining public prosecution in courts and protecting the interests of citizens and the state.

2000

Used gained experience while holding the position of Deputy Prosecutor of the city of Kyiv.

2004

For four years was heading the Prosecutor's Office of the Kherson region. Thanks to the professionalism and conscientious attitude to work, managed to create a cohesive team of like-minded people who not only improved the indicators in all areas of prosecutorial activity, but also disclosed serious crimes against person for more than ten past years. Thanks to close cooperation with law enforcement agencies, courts and authorities of regional government, managed to raise the profile of the Prosecutor's Office to an extremely high level.

2004

Resigned from the position at his own request in protest to the course of the newly appointed leadership of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine. Achieved a license to practice law.

2005

Received a scientific degree – Candidate of Political Sciences.

2010

For six years was efficiently working in the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, heading the Department of Personnel Policy, Education, Science and Prevention of Corruption. Expanded experience in public administration, became the author and co-author of more than a hundred scientific researches. By decrees of the President of Ukraine was awarded the honorary title «Honored Lawyer of Ukraine» and «Order of Merit Third Class».

2013

For three years was serving as Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the representation in the court, protecting the interests of citizens and the state in the execution of judicial decisions of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine.

2014

In the stormy time of State renewal, was appointed to the post of Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine, organizing supervision over the legitimacy of the activities of the Internal Affairs authorities, the Security Service of Ukraine and the Tax Police. Representing the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, was directly involved in the organization of response to deter the Russian Federation aggression against Ukraine.

2019

For three years have been as an adviser to the Head of the Security Service of Ukraine on public grounds

Implements experience gained over the decades in daily practice of law, advocates the interests of citizens in criminal, economic, civil and administrative legal proceedings.
